The Sterling Sapphire is a 5 berth, and 23 feet (7m) in length and only 1262kg in weight so is very sturdy and easy to tow. It comes with, a new 100amp RV battery, Near new full awning (Not been assembled in NZ – looks to be complete), hook up power cable, entry step and, rolling water and waste barrels!

Up front you have two seated area squabs with the option of a free standing table which is conveniently stored in the kitchen cabinet area as well as an occasional pull out table from the top of the chest of draws. The seated area up front converts to a full size double bed with ease or can be made up as two singles (2.05 m). Plus, the chest of draws can easily be lifted away to make an even larger bed or have more seating room.

In the middle of the caravan is the kitchen area which includes; under bench fridge, oven, grill and 3 burner gas hob, the 4^th element is electric and wash up sink. This is combined with upper and lower storage and cabinetry.

There is plenty of windows, two pop up vents (one is an electric extraction blow fan) and a full Heki moon roof. This unit has very good lighting and air flow giving an open plan, spacious vibe to it. There is also a gas/electric heater.

Opposite the wardrobe is the large storage wardrobe and gas/electric heater. Beside this, is the full bathroom. It has a separate shower, toilet, vanity and window.

At the rear of the caravan is the L shaped seated area that has 3 windows and a pop up table that can be mounted to the floor.

This seated area also converts to double bunks which makes the van a 4 berth. OR you can make the bottom bunk into a double bed to make the caravan into a 5 berth.

This space also has a concertina privacy blind.
