The Bailey Pagent is a 4 berth, and 23.6 feet (7.2m) in length and only 1112kg in weight so is very sturdy and easy to tow. It comes with, a new 100amp RV battery, new awning, new hook up power cable, entry step and, new rolling water and waste barrels!

Up front you have the L shaped seating system the option of a free standing table which is conveniently stored in the kitchen cabinet area as well as an occasional pull out table. The seated area up front converts to a full size double bed with ease.

In the middle of the caravan is the kitchen area which includes; under bench fridge, oven, grill and 4 burner gas hob and wash up sink. This is combined with upper and lower storage and cabinetry.

There is plenty of windows, three pop up vents and a full sliding Heki moon roof. This unit has very good lighting and air flow giving an open plan, spacious vibe to it. There is also a gas/electric heater.

Opposite the kitchen is the full bathroom. This has a separate, full sized shower, separate toilet and vanity. There is also plenty of space to change as well as storage under the sink.

At the rear of the caravan is the fixed bed with an inner sprung mattress. Under the bed is a ginormous amount of storage under the bed which can be accessed from the inside and outside of the caravan via a locker door. There is also storage all around above the bed with space for a small TV. There is a full sliding solid panel so the bed can be shut off for privacy.
